Moving to a new city, surrounded by unfamiliar streets and changing skylines, Eevone finds herself missing someone who is miles away.
Location Unknown is a song about longing, loneliness, and the search for a place to call home. Through the imagery of saved addresses, unfamiliar cities and a map filled with memories, it explores the feeling of being everywhere but never quite feeling at home.
Sometimes, home isn't a place you can find on a map. It's a person you wish you could return to, someone who makes you feel like you belong.
And until then, your home remains a Location Unknown.
Baby I heard you’re just miles away
From this city that I moved in today
The sky is gloomy, the city lights up at 4
It’s kinda crazy that it makes me miss you more
I've tried, thinking maybe you could keep me
I've tried, thinking maybe you could fit me
I've tried, thinking maybe you would need me
I've tried baby, I've tried
I've tried, thinking maybe you could hold me
I've tried, thinking maybe you could fix me
I've tried, thinking maybe you would love me
and I'm tired of trying
baby, I need you to send me
a pin where I save in my phone and I'll name it my home
cause baby trust me, it's not the world's best feeling
to keep looking for where I belong
while my home is still location unknown
it's true they say that I had bad memories
It's piling up on my map history
Places that I came back just to sleep
there are address from London to Beijing
sometimes when the night gets lonely
just wish you were right here with me
I sounded like a fool cause
I'm foolishly missing you, but you don't know
I've tried, thinking maybe you could keep me
I've tried, thinking maybe you could fit me
I've tried, thinking maybe you would need me
I've tried baby, I've tried
I've tried, thinking maybe you could hold me
I've tried, thinking maybe you could fix me
I've tried, thinking maybe you would love me
and I'm tired of trying
baby, I need you to send me
a pin that I save in my phone and I'll name it my home
cause baby trust me, it's not the world's best feeling
to keep looking for where I belong
while my home is still location unknown
Hmm nanana
trust me, it's not the world's best feeling
to keep looking for where I belong
while my home is still location unknown
